	In This Newsletter: Letter from the Owner Just Tapped Philly Beer Week Happy Father's Day Featured Recipe				Hello and Greetings from the Broad Axe Tavern! First of all, we want to thank all of you who helped make Mother’s Day a huge success. The positive response to our brunch buffet was overwhelming. We are going to continue with our Sunday Brunch Buffet every week while offering the bar menu for those of you who are looking for lighter fare. Make sure you give us a call with your reservations, brunch fills up quickly and we would really like to accommodate you! We are in the process of making some changes to our menu. We are adding some of the delicious specials that have been running which you have been asking us to keep around. Our beer menu is constantly changing and Jay and I our working on finding more great wines for The 21 Club and for the Glass Wine list. Look for the new offerings in the next few weeks! We are proud to be a part of Philly Beer Week this year. The Folks from Sam Adams will be here to highlight their Summer Wheat and Hefe-Style beers, which we will be pairing with food, chocolate and desserts. Also, the people from Palm Brewery will be here to showcase some of Belgium’s most popular Ales and Lambics. Look for the times and dates later in the newsletter. Don’t forget to join us on Friday nights to hear great music with Joey DeNoble, the zany antics of Blind Drunk and others like 52 Pick Up Duo. We will also continue doing Jazz every other Thursday evening with Pete Smyser & Ted Lis. We have started to run some great daily specials such as ½ off Tastes and Bites on Sundays and Mondays, Bottomless Mussels Tuesday Nights and ½ Price Pizzas and Ribbon Fries during Happy Hour. Make sure you sign up for our VIP club to receive your Loyalty Reward Cards that entitle you to birthday and anniversary gifts, rebates and rewards every time you come in. Look for our ad at the Ambler Movie Theater and bring in your ticket stub for a free order of our Famous Carnival Ribbon Fries! We hope you have a great Memorial Weekend. The richness of German malts and Belgian yeast are tempered by a sparkling approach and overall light body. Considerable depth of character with abundant herbal, fruity notes make this one to savor. FYI: Victory Brewing Company is locally produced in Downingtown, PA! SLY FOX ROUTE 113 IPA WHAT THEY SAY: A big, flavorful IPA for all the hopheads out there, brewed with British Pale and Crystal malts, and hopped with Centennial, Cascade, German Northern Brewer, & UK East Kent Goldings. Bold and spicy. FYI: This local brewery in Phoenixville, PA cans many of their beers. One reason cans are better than bottles is that they protect beer from UV light which can react with the hops to make beer taste “skunky”.

	Featured Recipe BROAD AXE FRENCH MARTINI 1 1/2 oz Three Olives® Vanilla Vodka 1/4 oz Chambord® Raspberry Liqueur 1/4 oz fresh pineapple juice 1 twist lemon peel Pour each of the above into a tall bar glass.
